We had a beautiful peaceful room with a balcony overlooking Malaga and the Gibralfaro. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had excellent breakfasts in the garden. The coffee and the hand-squeezed orange juice were particularly good. The staff were all very welcoming, kind and helpful. There were good restaurants and cafes nearby. It was a 10 minute walk down the hill into the city centre or there was a bus from outside the hotel. We watched many of the Semana Santa processions and some of the best started near the hotel. We also went to a bullfight at the Malagueta bullring.

It was really wonderful - the atmosphere, the hospitality, the attention of the staff. Unforgettable views from the windows, the cozy patio and romantic atmosphere even at breakfast. You can easily do without a guide, the hostess will tell you everything about any place and help you in any problem. My holiday in Spain is not over yet but I am already missing this lovely place...hoping to come back some day!
I wish I stayed there a bit longer....

a big gracias for the warm welcome and kind hospitality for us and our little daughter. Where do you find a hotelowner who relocates her car for us so we don't have to find a parking space :-).

A really special place. The owner, Victoria went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Lots of small, local restaurants nearby, away from the tourist traps and only a 20 min walk to the beach, and 10 minutes walk to Alcazaba.

Hotel breakfast could have had more variety.

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with exceptional views of Gibralfaro castle and the town. My room was clean and absolutely perfect, had smoke detectors for safety measures. The property was in a residential setting in the garden where I could admire the four family cats.

This was a wonderful stay - an elegant, beautifully decorated mansion with caring and congenial hosts who provided well detailed information about the area - what to see, where to eat, how to get around. Breakfast served in the garden is a delight. About a 10 minute walk to the centre of everything (uphill coming back!). We would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a peaceful, refined getaway close to the centre of the city.
